Ethics and the Law in the Digital Space

We are all guilty of it. Accepting the latest terms and conditions on Facebook without reading through them. Downloading that new song that we’re not quite sure we had the rights to. With each new enhancement in the digital space comes another layer of complexity to the ethical implications and legal rights associated with online content and privacy. So how do we navigate the ethically and legally ambiguous Internet?

We’re here to help. Join Digital District on October 22 at 12pm for an of ethics and the law in the digital space. CEA’s Sr. Manager and Regulatory Counsel will cover your questions on everything from third party access and data mining to online intellectual property and content rights.
