Each year we open up our leadership team to new members, and along with it a gauntlet to find the most amazing digital minded people in the DC area. This year, we only have a few spots available (sponsorship and events team), which means it will be even more challenging to join up.
At this point you’re probably asking: “Why would I want to join the coolest group of nerds in DC?”
May or may not be an actual scene from one of our past events.
Simple! How many times have you been sitting in a meeting, nodding your head, your eyes glazing over, and secretly wishing you could just walk out the door due to the lackluster ideas filling the room? How many times have you had an experimental idea, but those around you were not willing to put resources or time into it?
At Digital District, we embrace the creative mind. Some may call it a group of friends, others consider it an adult internship, but in truth it’s whatever you want it to be. You takeout what you put in. Best of all, if you have a creative idea, you can fail as miserably as you’d like and not get fired. So there is that.
