How did you hear about Digital District? Through my friend Pam – the Marketing Director
What do you love about being on the Digital District team? I am passionate about the digital space and wanted to learn and gain experience from some of the best and brightest (and coolest) folks in the city.
Who is your favorite person to follow on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Swarm, etc)? I think it would have to be , a Peyton Manning parody account, making fun of sports, pop culture and the like. Give him a follow, you won’t regret it. #Hilarious
What would you like to accomplish/help make happen in your team role for Digital District? I would like to be able to help create a strong brand for Digital District through graphics, visuals and brand standards.
What team are you a part of and how long have you been involved with DD? Marketing, about 3 months
DC’s a great place, and there is always something new to do in the city. There is always something new to explore. Tell us about your favorite DC gems. Eastern Market is by far my favorite gem (or treasure chest) in DC. You can usually find me strolling through the market with crepe and homemade lemonade in hand every other weekend. I’ve become friends with several of the vendors. We are “bros.” Also, a trip to Eastern Market wouldn’t be complete with a pitstop at Capitol Hill Books.
Do you have a favorite a social channel? Why do you like that particular one over another? Probably Twitter, because it’s relatively new in comparison to Facebook and is constantly changing. Plus, it’s fun!
What is one thing we don’t know about you? Recently, I learned how to fly a plane!
